I. Overview
The Company’s response to COVID-19 shall be of a general and a geographic response to the current conditions, and local laws and regulations.
II. Purpose
Covid-19 is a pandemic that can be mitigated by several factors, of those factors, the most pressing is social distancing and the use of Masks or other Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). F2OnSite employees are considered ‘ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL’ due to our scope of technology services.
III. Scope
This policy applies to all corporate staff, field, onsite and corporate employees.
IV. Policy
All Employees shall strictly adhere to all local, state and federal regulations regarding social distancing and the use of PPE, along with any other safety procedures as outlined by authorities. Furthermore, all Employees shall adhere to ‘site policies’, whereby additional requirements may be implemented or required. Examples would be buildings where Masks are required; in such cases Employees should adhere to the most stringent of the regulations, i.e. if Local regulations do not require a mask to be worn, but a particular entrance to a building does, the Employee must wear a mask (or adhere to the more stringent policy)
F2OnSite shall not be held responsible and shall hold no liability to any Employee or entity in contracting COVID-19. The risk of contracting the virus is held by the Employee or others, not by the Company.
If possible, ask customers the following questions before you arrive on site:
-
Have you or any of your family or anyone you come into contact with tested positive for Covid-19?
-
Have you or any of your family or anyone you come into contact with had a fever or symptoms of Covid-19?
-
Have you traveled by air or mass transit the past fourteen days?
-
Have you attended any mass gatherings, or places where you were unable to socially distance yourself the past fourteen days?
-
Is anyone at your location at risk of Covid-19, or do you require any additional protections as recommended by a healthcare professional?
Use your best judgement in using these answers to complete any customer service that is required or requested. If any answers to these questions are yes, or if you have any concerns contact your manager.
Preferably, PPE shall be used in all instances during any customer contact, or at any time you are in public. PPE shall include, but are not limited to the following:
-
Masks
-
Latex Gloves (non-latex gloves are acceptable – medical grade)
-
Face shields where required or warranted
-
Hand Sanitizer
-
Sanitizing wipes
