Intermediate services typically include all aspects of Basic Smart Hands services, with additionally trained and more highly experienced staff. 


Our technicians are certified in multiple product lines, including: PC, Laptop, Netbook, Printer and LCD / LED Monitors and TV's.  Most Intermediate (LEVEL II) technicians are certified in more than two product lines, and are continuously trained in Excellent Customer Service, using an 'Empathy' based approach to understanding customers needs, desires and wants.
