Brenna Skipper

Brenna Skipper is the Vice President of Client Engagement & Sales at F2OnSite.

 

She brings more than a decade of experience spanning enterprise sales leadership, account management, and operational strategy within the I.T. services and staffing industries. Brenna is responsible for overseeing F2OnSite’s sales, account management and marketing organizations, ensuring F2OnSite customers are successful. 

 

Brenna plays a critical role in scaling the company’s go-to-market and client engagement functions. She is instrumental in the developed of the 'Labor as a Service' (LaaS) framework at F2.  She initially joined the company as Director of Engagement and Solutions and was promoted to Vice President of Client Engagement & Sales in recognition of her leadership and impact. In this capacity, she leads the development and implementation of training programs, KPIs, operational processes, and standard operating procedures across sales, account management, and marketing. She also oversees new employee training and ongoing enablement, ensuring teams are equipped to deliver consistent, high-quality client experience.

She works closely with the delivery and operations teams to strengthen collaboration between sales and execution, improve account health, and support long-term client success. Her focus is on building scalable frameworks that balance revenue growth with operational discipline, client satisfaction, and team development.

Prior to joining F2OnSite, Brenna held progressive senior leadership roles in the I.T. managed service space, where she specialized in supporting enterprise clients within the energy and utilities sector. Her experience includes successfully managing strategic client relationships, leading account teams, and partnering with delivery organizations to support complex, multi-year programs.

Earlier in her career, Brenna served as Director of Sales Strategy and Growth at a small boutique staffing firm, where she reported directly to the CEO and led both sales and recruiting organizations. In this role, she was responsible for internal hiring, onboarding, KPI development, training programs, and operational process design across sales, recruiting, and operations. She began her career in the IT industry at a fortune 500 Staffing firm as an Account Manager, supporting finance and accounting clients and professionals.

Brenna holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of South Florida and has recently completed the Negotiation Mastery course through Harvard Business School Online. She resides in Greenville, South Carolina.
