Donny founded F2OnSite in 2007, and now F2OnSite is one of the 'Fastest Growing Onsite I.T. Services companies in the United States'. F2 has also been named as the 25th Fastest Growing Privately Held Businesses by the SMU Cox School of Business.

As a lifelong learner, he completed the ‘Leadership and Management’ specialization program from Harvard Business School, and is currently finishing a second specialization in "Entrepreneurship & Innovation" from Harvard as well.

While developing a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, he has completed multiple specialization certifications including 'Generative AI Leadership & Strategy', 'Generative AI Assistants' & ‘AI Prompt Engineering for Law’ from Vanderbilt University. He has also completed the ‘AI for Business’ specialization certification from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School. In 2014, Donny completed the Notre Dame University Mendoza School of Business 'Leadership and Management Program'. He is an undergrad alumnus of Texas Tech University.

During the past 25 years, Donny has become a subject matter expert in the staffing and recruiting space. He has been published by the Dallas Business Journal, Dallas Family Magazine, Texas Monthly, The Dallas Morning News and the Electronic Recruiters Exchange (ERE), publishing articles dealing with a multitude of topics in and around the human resources, contingent workforce and staffing space.

He is married, has three children, three grandchildren and three dogs. He and his wife Kristin reside in the Lake Travis area outside Austin, Texas.
