Ken Bowser is the Associate Vice President of Strategic Accounts at F2OnSite, where he leads strategic growth and delivery initiatives at our largest accounts and across all of the company’s service lines. Promoted into this leadership role in 2026, Ken plays a key role in aligning F2’s Labor as a Service (LaaS) with the continuous needs of enterprise clients and partners.

Ken joined F2OnSite in April 2019 as Director of Business Development for Project Services, where he helped expand the company’s national footprint and drove significant growth through a multitude of consultative client partnerships. He has a unique ability to develop long-term relationships with customers, many spanning over a decade. Ken is known as a service solutions subject matter expert that has made him a trusted voice across the organization.

Prior to joining F2, Ken spent over 15 years in senior sales and business development roles at a national IT services and staffing firm. His deep experience in the IT services industry, coupled with a strategic mindset, has consistently positioned him to provide successful outcomes at enterprise level engagements.

Known for his approachable leadership style and client-first mentality, Ken is passionate about building strong teams, developing trust-based partnerships, and delivering measurable outcomes for F2’s clients across the country.

Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Springfield College. He currently resides in Lowell, Massachusetts, with his wife, Ellen.
