I’m excited to share a little about something close to our heart at F2OnSite—our Continuing Education Program. As someone who also oversees HR, I’ve seen firsthand how this program is making a difference, not just in our employees’ careers but in the quality of service we provide to our customers. So far, our team has logged over 1,000 hours of learning through Coursera, and I couldn’t be prouder of how they’ve embraced this opportunity to grow.
Learning from the Best to Be Our Best
Through our partnership with Coursera, we’re offering employees access to courses from top institutions like Vanderbilt, Wharton Business School, University of Illinois Gies Business School, University of Michigan, UC-Davis, and Johns Hopkins University. These are big names, and our folks are diving into courses on everything from business leadership to cutting-edge technology, and even certifications through Google, IBM and the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) along with SHRM.
What’s special about this program is that it’s not just about learning new skills—it’s about building confidence, expanding horizons, and bringing fresh ideas back into the workplace. When our employees invest in themselves, they’re also investing in F2OnSite and, ultimately, in our customers.

From the technicians in the field to our support teams back at the office, everyone is finding ways to be a little faster, a little smarter, and a lot more connected to what our customers need. And as someone who’s been with F2OnSite for a while, I can tell you that’s what makes this company special—our commitment to continuous improvement.
